Learn Lacework for the Venezia Shawl with Darlene: 4 weeks

Venezia by Joji Locatelli is a precious, delicate shawlette, perfect for any single skein of fingering weight yarn. Worked from tip to tip, with a reversible lace pattern and a diamond shape, it is framed by a gorgeous reversible diamond lace motif. The main body of the shawl is worked in ribbing.

Skill Level: Proficient Beginner

This class is ideal if you’ve already completed standard patterns and several projects of increasing complexity. It’s perfect for learning new techniques like lacework.

Patterns Provided:

• The Venezia Shawl pattern, by Joji Locatelli is included in your class fee and will be attached to your ravelry account when you come in to pick up the printed pattern and purchase your materials.

Recommended Supplies:

• 400 yds/366 m fingering weight yarn
• 4.5 mm needle
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch marker
• Pattern is included

Class Notes:

• ALL of our classes are IN PERSON only.
• You will receive a class preparation checklist when you register for class, so that you can get the most out of your class time.
• Evening Classes: If the class is held in the evening, note that the shop closes at 5:00 PM. Someone will be there ~10 minutes before class starts to open up for the evening.
