Ready to step into the world of toe‑up socks. This class is the perfect place to start. We’ll begin right at the toe and work our way up, exploring the Turkish cast‑on, short row heel, magic loop, and a sewn bind off ... techniques that make toe‑up construction both empowering and endlessly customizable.

Skill Level: Proficient Beginner

You have followed a standard pattern and completed several projects with increasing complexity....This is a perfect class if you are looking to step up your sock knitting prowess. 

Patterns Provided:

• Basic Toe Up Sock by Linda

Required Materials:

• 100 gm DK weight yarn
• 32” or 40” circular needle 3.75 mm with a flexible cord 3.25mm

Recommended Supplies:

• stitch markers
• Gathering Yarns The Farmer
•  Sock Yarn
• Opal 6 Ply
• ChiaoGoo or KnitPro Needles

Class Notes:

• ALL of our classes are IN PERSON only.
• Waitlist: Classes fill up quickly! If the class is full or the timing doesn't work for this session, call the shop and we'll add you to our waitlist.
• Preparation: Be sure to come prepared to start class when you arrive. Use the attached class prep checklist to be ready to get the absolute most out of your class at Three Bags Full.
• Evening Classes: If the class is held in the evening, note that the shop closes at 5:00 PM. Someone will be there ~10 minutes before class starts to open up for the evening.
