Learn to Knit with Jenn: 4 weeks

Learn the basics of knitting while creating a classic dishcloth. With clear, step-by-step guidance from an experienced instructor, you'll build confidence and quickly be ready to move on to increase your skill level.

Discover how to:

• Hold knitting needles comfortably
• Master basic stitches: cast on, knit, purl, etc
• Maintain even tension
• Increase and decrease stitches to shape your projects

Skill Level: Beginner

Perfect for those who have never done this craft before.

Patterns Included:

• Dishcloth: Pattern Included.
• Headband: Pattern Included.

Materials Needed:

Dishcloth:

• 50g cotton yarn
• 5.0 mm knitting needles Single Point 10 inch length

Headband:

• Approximately 70 yds/46 m of bulky weight yarn
• 5.0 mm knitting needles
• Darning needle

Recommended Supplies:

• Dishcloth: Sudz Cotton
• Headband: Sirdar Jewelspun, Berroco Vintage Chunky, Highland Alpaca Chunky
• Knitting Needles: KnitPro Dreamz or Chiaogoo

• Evening Classes: If the class is held in the evening, note that the shop closes at 5:00 PM. Someone will be there ~10 minutes before class starts to open up for the evening.
